In its pursuit of delivering an exceptional cup of tea, Arabiya Tea meticulously adheres to the highest standards of quality and excellence, focusing on the minutest details throughout its journey. The Arabiya Tea journey begins with the cultivation of tea, extending the process to the final cup.
Cultivation Process:
Arabiya Tea targets the oldest and best tea cultivation regions globally, renowned for cultivating the highest-quality and distinctive teas. In these regions, tea trees are nurtured according to the highest quality standards. The hand-picking process of tea leaves is executed manually to ensure the selection of superior, high-quality leaves. Arabiya Tea collaborates with over 50 tea estates in more than 5 countries, relying on a workforce of over 1,000 individuals.
Processing Operation
Following the hand-picking process, initial treatments are applied to tea leaves, aiming to dry and fold them. This involves air-drying the leaves outdoors, followed by folding and rolling. The fermentation process transforms the tea leaves from green to black, except for select varieties like white, silver, golden, and purple tea, which remain unfermented. Arabiya Tea meticulously sorts the tea leaves based on size, from whole leaves to granular tea, each with its distinct characteristics and flavor.
Supply and Shipping Processes:
Arabiya Tea relies on a professional logistics network to provide its products consistently from over 100 foreign and local suppliers in more than 10 countries.
Packaging and Labeling:
Arabiya Tea employs cutting-edge technology for food packaging, applying the highest quality standards at all levels, including workplaces, packaging machines, and packaging materials. Cleanroom technology is implemented in packaging facilities, maintaining a bacteria and virus-free work environment.

Distribution is carried out through a network of professional distributors and representatives committed to secure and high-quality product delivery.
